«Electron-Leasing» Financial and leasing company, established in 1997, is a subsidiary of «Electron». The main sphere of «Electron-Leasing» FLC activity is rendering services in leasing of estate of different purpose – office, industrial and store premises.

«Electron-Leasing» FLC offers premises of different areas and planning. Advantageous location of buildings and installations near by the main transport communications of the city and mains of international communication, developed industrial infrastructure, availability of convenient access railway tracks and automobile roads create the conditions for successful activities in various spheres of service. A considerable part of office and production areas are offered in industrial zone of Lviv, where the first in Ukraine industrial park, with the participation of both domestic and foreign investors, is created.
