Increase in commercial value of property

In the Company the rise of main facilities investments favours getting a profit from their activity, including lease.

In Lviv for the last period of time planned large-scale works in façade and interior repairs of production and office premises, replacement of lifts and window constructions, roofing, reconstruction of rainwater and sewer systems and etc. in the buildings on the main industrial ground (Storozhenka str., O. Stepanivny str., Yasna str.) and industrial grounds in Shevchenka str. were carried out by «Electron-Leasing» FLC.

According to the total of 2013 more than 7 mln.grn. were invested into the renovation of real estate and improvement of the main industrial ground and grounds in Ryasne.

As a result, facilities were renovated, turned into modern updated production and office centers, which raised commercial value of Electron real estate.
